We would like to say a huge thank you to you all for looking after Raymond with compassion during his last few weeks of life. You looked after us so kindly too while we were spending time with him, offering us endless cups of tea, meals for Rosemary. While we were with Ray you helped to make those last few days and hours easier and more special for us.

ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CORNFORD HOUSE CARE HOME
Cornford House is a purpose built home in extensive and peaceful grounds on the outskirts of Pembury Village, near Tunbridge Wells. It provides accommodation for residents with nursing care needs and it offers a choice of either studio or one bedroom care suites.
Most of the accommodation is for physically frail older people but the home also incorporates a specialist area to care for older people with dementia type illnesses. Full 24 hour nursing care is available for all residents, so that most residents can have a home for life within the scheme. Residents’ spouses can also be accommodated, so that couples can stay together even when one develops the need for on-going care.
