ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - SUNRISE OF FROGNAL
Frognal House, home to Sunrise of Frognal, one of Kent’s premier providers of assisted living, residential care and dementia care, was the birthplace and residence of Thomas Townshend, 1st Viscount Sydney, after whom Sydney, Australia was named.
Possessing a rich heritage and history, it has the feel of a country residence – a feature that sets it apart from many other care homes in Kent – but is set close to many local amenities and good access routes from Kent and Central London. Set in seven acres of beautiful grounds, the community is home to numerous British birds including woodpeckers and kestrels, and possesses numerous badger sets and resident fox dens.
Sunrise at Frognal is also convenient for visiting family and friends, being within easy reach of the M20 and M25 with good public transport links. The wider area served by the community includes Bromley, Petts Woods, Bexley, Orpington and the rest of Kent.
