Wells Lodge Nursing Home

"I visit the home as I am a health and social care assessor and have learners in the home. I have observed learners carrying out their duties and they have all been very person centered with their care. One particular day a family member was continually asking staff for items or for information, all the staff were more than happy to help, not once did they say they did not have time or could not do it. If they were busy they explained as soon as they were free they would do it or could get another staff member if it was urgent. The home is always spotless and the staff always appear very happy."
