Osborne Cottage is registered to provide the regulated activity accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care. The home is registered for up to 36 people who do not require nursing care. The home is owned by Somerset Care Limited and has a registered manager.
We have created specially designed PETALS wings providing environments that support the person-centred approach to care.
Although each of our specially designed wings has its own identity and individual name, they all share the corporate dementia care philosophy and name 'Petals'. The name represents the key elements of dementia care within the company, namely: Person-centred; Empowerment; Trust; Activities; Life History; Stimulation.
