ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BRIGHTON & HOVE LINK PLUS HOME SUPPORT SERVICE (LEASE REGION)
The service matches support workers to children and young people up to 18 years, in the Brighton and Hove local authority area, who have special and sometimes complex needs. The emphasis is on supporting the family carers overall care arrangements for their child and other children in the family and may vary from a few hours per month to 20 or more hours per week. Family carers agree with their individual support worker on how and when their allocated support hours are provided.
