"I am really happy with how you all have taken care of his needs, considering how complex his needs are, still, you managed to do the best and you guys and all the carers have done a terrific job, I know I know him and all about him but I worry less when he is with you and I can see C loves you all and he is very happy around you. I appreciate you for all that you do."

A great place
"It's a lovely place, smells nice and everyone is lovely right from reception to the deputy and to the staff on the floors and even the kitchen staff who served her a meal. Such a great place. It is where people should be confident and happy to bring their loved ones."
