ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HEAVERS COURT
Our experienced team offers personalised residential, nursing and respite care for older people, including individuals who have Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
At Heavers Court, the care we provide is high quality and always person-centred. We get to know every resident as an individual, finding out about their lifetime experiences, their interests and hobbies, and the things they like and dislike.
Our team is very friendly and approachable – although we hold regular reviews of care plans with residents and family members, you’ll find that we’ll always make time for a chat at other times too. Our open door policy means that relatives and friends are welcome to visit whenever they wish, day or night. We really value the support we get from residents’ families, who often volunteer to chair meetings, take part in fundraising activities and even help out with driving our minibus.
