ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - TWO RIVERS CARE HOME
Two Rivers Care Home is registered as a care home for eight people and as a supported living scheme. The service specialises in working with people who have a learning disability or mental health condition. Three people were using the supported living scheme located a short drive from the care home, and seven people were living in the care home, at the time of the inspection.
