Heathfield House is a Residential Care Home for people with Mental Health Needs and Learning Disabilities in the Hillingdon area.
ACCOMMODATION
Heathfield House is a spacious detached property comprising of 6 single ground floor beds, all of which have en-suite facilities, a kitchen/ dining area and reception room. This area is fully wheelchair accessible.
First floor consists of 3 single beds with en-suite facilities & a Relaxing room with computer access.
The 2nd floor has a very large self contained room with en-suite & balcony. Externally the home is served by spacious attractive garden providing opportunities for relaxation, space and activity as required. The front of the house has a large drive way. Heath Road has easy access for bus’s from Uxbridge and access to the A40 , Harrow & Ealing & central London.
OUR AIMS & OBJECTIVES
To offer a supportive environment, within which Service users can learn, develop, and reinforce the skills and attitudes that are necessary for them to achieve their maximum level of independence.To be aware of and encourage each Service user to establish their own individuality and preferences in all aspects of their life.To ensure that each service user are able to express their needs, but be prepared to sometimes forego that need for the benefit of the majority.
To acknowledge and promote the rights of the Service users to self respect, and respect from and for others; privacy; self-determination; emotional expression; risk taking; learn by mistakes; constructive and pleasurable use of leisure time; maintain existing family and social relationships; and form new relationships. Social Inclusion
Service users have the right to expect the same rights and privileges afforded to all citizens, both within their local community, and nationally. All Service users are given every opportunity to become part of their community.
