ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CREMERS DRIFT
Cremers Drift provides support to three people with some degree of learning disability, in a family setting. It is run by a partnership and one other family member provides most of the day to day support and management. People share meals with family members, share some communal space and have their own bedrooms.
