ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CADDINGTON HALL RESIDENTIAL HOME

Caddington Hall is situated in 12 acres of beautiful countryside and is conveniently located on a bus route to Luton, which is approximately four miles away. The home is managed on behalf of the local authority and welcomes residents from all funding types including privately funded, local authority funded or NHS continuing care.

The care we offer Built on the site of an old manor house, Caddington Hall has been designed in five separate houses. We are registered to provide care to those requiring residential care, specialist residential dementia care, respite, palliative care and care for those with Parkinson’s disease.

Key features of Caddington Hall The home was built on the original site of Caddington Hall, an old manor house, built in 1830 and demolished in the 1970s. The home has its own large landscaped gardens surrounded by mature trees and colourful rhododendrons. There is also a large patio area lined with raised flower beds, as well as a courtyard garden that is wheelchair accessible. Caddington Hall also has some very unique inhabitants – eight beautiful peacocks parade the grounds and are cared for by the residents.

Bedrooms All of our bedrooms are equipped with modern safety features including a 24-hour call system, thermostatic radiators, telephone points and smoke detectors, and some have views over the lovely gardens.

Room to relax Each of the five houses has a comfortable, well furnished lounge and spacious dining area, giving residents a variety of meeting areas to relax in and entertain guests.
