The care workers assigned to patients are excellent.
The Bad:
Don't expect any communication or feedback from staff management. It's total radio silence.
The Ugly:
There is no clear leadership. Management is dire. They completely lack empathy, common sense, consideration and courtesy. They do not take a pragmatic approach, instead they over complicate everything to the point of ridiculousness."
