Apple Trees Care and Reablement Centre is one of the best places in the UK for people living with dementia. Offering support to older people needing short stay reablement, perhaps following a spell in hospital. Providing an environment that enables resident involvement through focusing care around the needs of each individual. The 24 hour care gives much needed peace of mind, alongside the latest technologies to promote a safer environment. All rooms are en-suite with access to warm and sociable kitchen-diners, as well as comfortable, relaxing lounges. The beautiful sensory gardens are landscaped with raised planters, vegetable patches and water features, as well as a specially designed secure terrace.Apple Trees has an indoor potting shed, library and other themed areas to encourage people to reminisce. While the in-house shop, bistro, and hair and beauty salon brings the conveniences of the town centre to your doorstep.Supporting residents so that they have the experience of a My Home Life (Dementia UK) trained Admiral Nurse on hand to offer help and advice. Caring for a person living with dementia can be an emotional time for families so offering support to enable families to enjoy quality time together is priority.The Orders of St John Care Trust is one of the largest care charities in the UK, with a long history of providing support to older people, who focus on people not profit.
