ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - OSMAN HOUSE
This new service, Osman House, is designed to smooth the transition between brain injury rehabilitation at a main BIRT centre or similar environment and a move into the community. It provides specialist care and support in a smaller residential environment for adults with an acquired brain injury. It also offers a continuing rehabilitation service. Osman House aims to provide cost effective placements, still enabling individuals to access higher levels of support from a specialist provider.
