ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - NO PLACE LIKE HOME
No Place Like Home is a private service for senior residents living in the Canterbury and Swale areas of Kent.
Our mission is to help people make the most of their later life, focusing on quality and enjoyment.
We believe that introducing a little companionship or practical support early on can help improve one's overall health and wellbeing. This is borne out by research conducted by the Mental Health Foundation.
All clients are involved in the selection of their own Personal Assistant who spends time with them each week at home and/or out and about doing whatever they would like to improve their quality of life! This could involve maintaining one's social life, keeping fit, managing paperwork, looking after property and pets, or simply (and most importantly) enjoying some quality companionship and time to talk.
Our service is carefully crafted around the particular needs and wishes of each individual.
No Place Like Home is fully licenced and insured and all our staff receive ongoing professional and personal development and have enhanced security clearance. We are also registered with Care Quality Commission should any of our clients require personal care.
Our office is located at Syndale Park, Ospringe, near Faversham and we are always delighted to receive visits from prospective clients, friends and family to explore what support we might be able to offer. We especially welcome those living with dementia.

Tuesday 11th February 2013 - 10-12 noon
