ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - MAKING SPACE BOLTON OUTREACH SERVICE
Making Space Bolton Outreach Service has two sites in Bolton. The main site is on Avenue Street where up to nine people live and five people live at the Blackburn Road site. Tenants living at the scheme have enduring mental health issues. Staff offer minimal support to the tenants who live independently and have been assessed as requiring some support.
Both sites are close to local shops and other amenities. Public transport routes to Bolton town centre are close by.
