ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - KINGFISHER
Situated in Sutton-on-Hull, Kingfisher Rise was opened in August 2011 and is part of a partnership between Care UK and Inclusion Housing that provides supported housing to help individuals return to the community. Care UK provides tailored packages of support while Inclusion acts as landlord.
Expert support can be accessed 24 hours a day if it is needed. We provide individualised support programmes designed to help integrate people back into the community. We are helped in this by an experienced occupational therapist who can implement rehabilitation programmes. Although a separate service, service users at Kingfisher Rise can also benefit from the excellent facilities on offer at the nearby Riverbank which can help them find ongoing support in a friendly and communal environment.
