ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - JOINT COMMUNITY REHABILITATION SERVICE
The Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCRS) aims to help people remain independent in their own home following an accident, surgery, period of illness or difficulties because of a disability.
At the time of our visit 49 people were receiving a service, supported by multi-disciplinary team which included 42 support workers and 7 senior support workers.
