Whether that difference be help around the home, opening the post, walking the dog, helping to prepare nutritious meals or support with bathing and dressing; it will be undertaken with the greatest care and compassion.
Building strong and lasting relationships is our priority so we always send the same caregiver who has been carefully matched with the personality, needs and requirements of the individual. Our staff have been rigorously vetted, which includes taking 6 references and a full criminal records check and are extensively trained in order to become exceptional companions.
Our care is not rushed as our caregivers are specifically selected just to work with you and you will find that we do as we promise, always arriving on time and going that extra mile.
We are very proud to have been declared as the leading home care provider in the UK in a recent report by Laing and Buisson following a market wide audit of all providers in the UK and we will look to maintain and ever improve these high standards in everything we do.
