Chiltern Court Care Home is nestled at the foot of the Chiltern Hills which offer spectacular views in a safe environment. We provide high quality nursing and residential care for people with dementia, respite and pallative care and care for younger adults with learning and physical disabilities.

Chiltern Court Care Home is situated on Aylesbury Road in the historic town of Wendover within easy reach of local shops and amenities including public transport.

The home has awarm and welcoming environment and is well maintained, we have a very caring team who work hard to make everyone feel at home.

The home has spacious communal lounges with modern flat screen televisions and DVD player. There are also comfortable quiet lounges available. The accomadation provides residents with a choice of environments in which to relax or meet friends and relatives.

Individual bedrooms are comfortable and well maintained, residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms and can choose colour schemes.

We have several dining areas where we provide nutritionally balanced menus that ensure the best combination of nutrition and flavour for our residents. The residents and families are consulted on their likes and dislikes and we cater for all dietary requirements. Snakes, fresh fruit and refreshments are available 24 hours a day.

We encourage residents to follow hobbies and interests, however there is no pressure and each person is treated as an individual. Family and residents are welcome to visit at any time and residents can get involved in hobbies of their choice and take part in activties that interest them. Our activities Co-ordinator meets every new resident to discuss their social interests. The varied programme includes one to one and group activities, quizzes, flower arranging to hand massages and music therapy.
