Staffed 24/7 by a dedicated team of registered nurses and support workers Chesterfield House is designed for individuals who require a high level of support and supervision in a community setting.
Chesterfield House is a spacious and homely environment with large gardens and individuals here are encouraged to lead a full and valued life. Each individual is encouraged to engage in a balanced lifestyle to include; domestic activities, skills development, community participation, structured daily activities, building relationships with family and friends, leisure and hobbies and regular commitments.
Situated in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, Chesterfield House is close to many local amenities including a supermarket, a range of smaller shops, a GP surgery, a leisure centre, theatre and several parks.
Chesterfield House is just is easily accessible by car from Sheffield, Derby and Peterborough. North Hykeham also has train station on the Nottingham to Lincoln line.
