ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - AGE CONCERN CALDERDALE AND KIRKLEES HOME CARE SERVICE
At the time of our inspection, Age Concern Calderdale and Kirklees Home Care were providing was a 48 hr care and support service to people referred by a health and social care professional. The aim of the service is to support health and social care professionals with their assessments of how the person would cope living at home. However, as part of this service they may also provide personal care such as prompting with medication.
