Your Care is a domiciliary care agency based in Bolton. The agency provides all care in the home such as: Personal care, continence care, dressing/undressing, cooking, cleaning and laundry. We also provide support in the community: Taking you to and from dentist, doctors & hospital appointments, shopping or for exercise and recreational activities. We also provide sitting service and sleep overs and emotional support. We support all people over the age of 18 years and our carers speak English, Gujarati and Urdu. All our carers receive ongoing training and care packages are tailored to meet your needs for the times you need them.
