Each service is supported by dedicated paediatric and adult focused healthcare professionals who provide highly specialised care for our clients. Our dedicated, experienced and qualified nurses and/or behavioural therapists ensures that our healthcare assistants are properly trained and that our clients on going needs are being met.
Our services are tailored to the needs of our clients and we develop individualised care plans which identify all of their requirements. We regularly review these plans with our clients to ensure that we continuously adapt our care service to meet their changing needs and preferences.
Our home care services are most suited to individuals who:
Have physical or learning disabilities and require long-term support at home
Have been discharged from hospital and have significant nursing and clinical care needs that need to be continually monitored
Are in hospital wards such as intensive care or high dependency units and are due to return home, faced with a long-term recovery process
Suffer from degenerative conditions and have on-going care needs
Require a cost-effective alternative to a nursing or residential home
