Yew Trees is a residential short term breaks project for disabled young people aged between 16-21 years, who are looking to leave their family home to move to community living. The purpose built bungalow is located close to the centre of Chesterfield. Provides overnight facilities for 4 young people with provision for a fifth person for short emergency placements.
