Wymeswold Court Care Home
Situated within a rural village setting in Loughborough, Leicestershire, Wymeswold Court is a purpose built 40 bedded Care Home offering Residential and Dementia care.
At Wymeswold Court Care Home Residents have a choice of lounge areas which feature comfortable and specially designed furnishings.
We have a range of comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms. To personalise their bedroom Residents are encouraged to bring their own items of furniture and personal belongings such as ornaments and pictures.
Our Chefs pride themselves in knowing the tastes of our Residents and preparing a choice of home cooked, fresh, nutritional meals and catering for any dietary and cultural needs.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends join Residents for meals which are served in the dining room or, if our Residents wish, they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.
Our Activities Co-ordinator spends time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar which is displayed in the home, this includes:
• Professional entertainers
• Music therapy
• Birthday celebrations
• Special themed cuisine
• Coffee mornings
• Seasonal events
• Patio relaxation
We have regular outings to local places of interest including the library, local parks and museums along with visits to the seaside.
Popular with Residents, our attractive courtyard garden is a great place for garden enthusiasts, who enjoy helping to keep the raised flower beds and outdoor area looking good.At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
