ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - WOODSIDE
Woodside is a short breaks unit for adults with a learning disability, run by The Wilf Ward Trust, in the market town of Pickering, North Yorkshire. It is a bungalow with its own garden and accommodates up to four people in single bedrooms, it has a shared kitchen, bathroom, shower room, lounge and dining room. Two of the bedrooms have tracking and the bathroom has a parker bath with overhead tracking. The unit has two wheelchair accesible vehicles which are used to take guests out to places of interest during their stay. Every efort is made to accomodate guests requirements during their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable break.
