Willowbrook was founded in 2000 and has achieved various awards and accolades that pay testimony to the dedication of our staff and the services we deliver. We are Care Quality Commission registered and Preferred Provider with Lancashire County Council. You can be sure we are fully compliant with inspection standards and care legislation. We successfully deliver care to over 300 private and social care clients.
We can manage Self-Directed Support budgets and work with clients to develop customised services removing the worry of employing staff.
Client needs are at the forefront of all we do with services personalised so clients get individual support and attention to meet their needs. All our clients and carers are fully supported by our 24 hour response service that is there to offer additional help and advice in the case of emergencies.

Willowbrook’s Training Academy ensures all staff receive excellent training from the start of their employment with us so clients can be assured they will receive a consistently high standard of care. Following training to QCF Level 2 and 3, all staff updates and further develop skills through an on-going personalised training plan.
We do everything to make sure our staff support clients in the most effective manner. Our qualified care staff relate well to a wide variety of people with different emotional, physical and cultural needs.
