ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - WESTON PARK CARE HOME
Weston Park Care Home is a purpose built home set in its own grounds and landscaped gardens.The home is situated in a quiet residential area set back from the road, on a main bus route and is easily accessible from the Leek and Congleton roads.It is located on the outskirts of Macclesfield town with the centre being a short drive or bus ride away.
The home is a three storey building with accomodation for residents on the ground and first floors. The annexe (Silk Unit), and the ground floor of the home (Mulberry Unit), provide care and support for up to 64 older people with dementia. The first floor (Weaver Unit) provides nursing and support for up to 39 older people.
At Weston Park ,our person centred approach means that each resident is an individiual treated with dignity and respect .we aim to treat all our residents as we would wish to be treated ourselves and believe that while dementia or confusion might mean they can no longer live independently it should not mean a loss of privay ,dignity or respect.
We provide full support to residents relatives with in the process of choosing the right care home for their loved ones as this can be a very upsetting time for them having to make a decision about placing them in a care setting for the first time.
