Westbrook House is owned by Jeesal Residential Care Services Limited and registered to provide the regulated activity of 'Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care' for up to seven people with learning difficulties.
The home is not permitted to provide direct nursing care to people, due to its structure and staffing arrangements.
