West Ridings Residential and Nursing Home is located on the outskirts of the city of Wakefield. It provides accomodation for people who require; residential care, nursing care and care for people with dementia.
The care we offer
West Ridings is a modern home that comprises six units, each with 30 beds. It is purpose-built and has been designed and equipped specifically to provide residential care for older people. West Ridings also offers specialist dementia care and care to those with physical disabilities. Our standards are second to none, and we employ registered nurses and highly trained care assistants who provide 24-hour professional care and support.
Activities
At West Ridings we encourage residents to lead a full and active lifestyle and offer a wide range of activities to suit all interests and levels of mobility, both on a group and individual basis. Our dedicated activity co-ordinator ensures there’s always something enjoyable to do, from baking to quizzes and painting.
