West Hallam Residential Home was opened in 1988 and extended and refurbished in 2009.It has 30 bedrooms, 29 single rooms, 23 of which benefit from en-suite facilities. This is also 1 double en-suite room
At West Hallam, we aim to provide a friendly and caring atmosphere. Our staff will support residents in making decision on how they want to live their life. We recognise the importance of maintaining relationship with family and friends and we support recipients in pursuing hobbies and interests by offering a variety of activities.We have an Extra Care Unit devoted to the care of those with dementia. Our specialist unit provides a safe and secure environment with only twelve residents, allowing the very best care to be delivered by staff. We have the same staff in the unit to ensure our residents always see a familiar face.
Our Care Home provide 24 hour personalised care along with a wide range of services and facilities tailored to your needs. As a resident you can be sure you will continue to have access to health, leisure and community services.
