ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - WELLINGBOROUGH/EAST NORTHANTS START
Wellingborough/East Northants Short term assessment and re-ablement team(START) provides care for people in their own homes for up to six weeks. This is often following discharge from hospital or a change in the persons needs. At the time of our visit 27 people were receiving personal care from the Wellingborough/East Northants START team.
