Wealden Community Care Ltd provides home care and supported living to people living in the Heathfield and Hailsham area. They are relocating to Horam in July 2013. The service focusses on enabling people to remain as independent as possible in their own home. The services are designed mainly for elderly people who are physically frail or housebound. They include home-from-hospital care, continuing and complex care, and end of life care at home.
