Situated within a residential area close to Stockton-on-Tees town centre, Victoria House Care Home is a purpose built 70 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing and Residential care.

At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
We enjoy catering for special occasions such as birthday and anniversary celebrations.
Hobbies and interests
Our Activities Co-ordinators spend time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar which is displayed in the home, this includes:

• Gentle exercise
• Pet therapy
• Dominoes club
• Baking sessions
• Arts and crafts
• Quizzes
• Gardening club
• Coffee mornings
• Performances from professional entertainers
• Visits from local school children
Residents often enjoy regular outings to local places of interest such as the seaside and local towns.
Outdoor areas
Popular with Residents, our attractive courtyard garden is a great place for garden enthusiasts, who have access to the potting shed and who enjoy helping to keep the flowerbeds, vegetable patch and sensory garden looking good.
The open and secure decking area complete with comfortable seating is a tranquil place for Residents to relax or socialise with family and friends. The Pergola provides a shaded area during the summer months.
