ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - VENMORE COMMUNITY CENTRE
Venmore Community Centre is located in the Anfield area of Liverpool. It is a purpose built building with accommodation over three floors. Although it provides accommodation and support for some long standing residents its primary purpose is to provide intermediate care for a period of up to six weeks for people who have been discharged from hospital and need rehabilitation or support following a stroke.
