Uxbridge Road is a specialist supported living service for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and challenging behaviours. Tenants are supported to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence whilst focusing on recovery and relapse prevention.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.
