ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - UPLANDS CARE HOME
Uplands Care Home provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 65 older people. The premises are divided into two units. The ground floor unit provides a service for older people who are physically frail and require general nursing care, the 1st floor unit provides for the needs of people who are mentally frail. The premises and the garden are fully wheelchair accessible.
