United Home Care Limited is a Domiciliary Care Agency which was established in 2008 to respond to the needs of clients on a 24-hour basis. Clients are those who, because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs.
We also provide care to clients with:
Physical and sensory disabilities
Mental health disorders
Learning disability
Palliative care
Dementia
We are an independent care agency providing care to our clients in their own home environment on a one to one basis or in our care home.
Our domiciliary service is designed for adults who are physically or mentality frail, housebound or have dementia and for those living with physical, sensory or learning disabilities. Care and support is offered by our team of trained, competent care workers and support workers.
We provide care services to both the private and public sectors, care and support needs are identified through an assessment; this may involve the Care Manager from the Local Authority
