ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - TWELVE TREES HOMECARE
The ethos of Twelve Trees Home Care is to provide excellent individual care for elderly people who wish to stay in there own home. We never use a staff care agency, so it’s always the same dedicated staff team looking after our clients. All staff complete indepth training in our Nether Edge Residential Care Home, to very high standards.
We get to know the staff and their qualities before they apply to work in the community. Our clients can choose the services they wish to use from us, from personal care, domestic help and most importantly, companionship.
All can be tailor made to offer the independence of home life in a safe and enjoyable way.
Our staff team are all employed on full contracts with a "proper" living wage, mileage and travel time allowance.
We aim to be with our clients within 15 minuets of their designated call time. We don't rush our calls and plan all routes very carefully.
Our Homecare Service has 3 cars for helping with outings and calls. They are fitted with winter tyres from November to March to help deliver a reliable service.
We are based at Twelve Trees Care Home offering both short and long Residential Care
