ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - TURNING POINT - THE MILL LEYLAND
Turning Point are a national organisation. The Mill is a tenancy support service in the centre of Leyland. The service constitutes six flats dedicated to people aged 16 to 25 years who have been homeless or threatened with homelessness. The Mill also accommodates six further people in their own flats with complex needs. The service has a staff presence most days until the mid evening. An out of hours on call service is then provided.
