Tunbridge Wells Care Centre offers the very highest standard of nursing and medical care in a comfortable, friendly and relaxed atmosphere where friends and family are welcome to visit any time of the day. Our links to the local community add to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Home.
We offer both long and short term care of the highest quality with dignity and respect. We offer quality dining with menus created in consultation with nutritionists and our qualified chef, offering a superb choice on a daily basis.
Each floor within the centre benefits from its own comfortable lounge, fully appointed dining room and family quiet room. Our luxury en-suite bedrooms all have flat-screen TV’s with integral DVD, and the Home benefits from an innovative, intelligent nurse-call system, MyAmego®
Woodbury has easy access to our secure and peaceful gardens which offer a quiet haven for residents and their visitors. It also benefits from our own Chapel, St Luke’s.
Grosvenor cares for those residents who are coping with dementia. We have one aim – to help our residents live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives in an environment where their needs are first and foremost. Our sensory room is located on Grosvenor, fully stocked with equipment designed for our multi-sensory activities.
Knightsbridge is the location for our very own pub, ‘The Brief Encounter’, named by our residents and is the ideal location for many of our reminiscence sessions and traditional pub games.
Tunbridge Wells Care Centre benefits from four activity co-ordinators who firmly believe that engaging in meaningful activities is key to improving quality of life and helping people to stay as happy and as healthy as possible. Our daily activity programmes offer shared interests and incorporate exercise, creative, social and entertaining elements and focus on maintaining as much independence for our residents as possible.
