Tell me about Trengrouse...Trengrouse is situated very near to Helston town centre and has been extensively remodelled to offer bright, lively and colourful accommodation, all on ground floor level. The home boasts wonderful, safe outside spaces. Calm, reassuring and peaceful, Trengrouse has a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. The general feel of the home is one of quiet contentment. It is uplifting, sunny and warm. A friendly greeting awaits all visitors!
Tell me about the care...Trengrouse offers care to clients with dementia and nursing needs. It has 42 bedrooms. Establishing a close relationship with all of our clients and their families, we like to find out what works for you and what doesn’t when it comes to your life and your care. We believe in supporting you to enable you to continue to make your own choices about the things that matter to you. What do you prefer to eat, how do you like to dress and what makes you really happy? We want to make sure you have whatever you need to help you feel safe, comfortable and relaxed.
What opportunities are there? Activities at Trengrouse are spontaneous. There is rarely a day that passes when you will not hear the sound of the singing of many voices. It only takes one person to burst into song and it is not long before everyone joins in. Those that live with us enjoy baking, painting and activities such as musical movement and dancing. We hold regular tea dances within the home and invite local musical entertainers to come and perform for us. Trengrouse joins the local community in celebrating the annual Helston Flora. We love to welcome the Furry Dance procession as it makes its way through the home and back into the town. We would be delighted to meet you! Please call and arrange to visit!
