Tregothnan Care Home is situated on one of the main roads leading into the West End of Morecambe, in a fairly quiet residential area, close to local shops and amenities. The home is a Victorian terrace built over three floors, accessible by a passenger lift. Four of the bedrooms have an en-suite facility. For the remainder, there is a bathroom/toilet within easy reach. Communal areas consist of a dining room, separate lounge and a roof terrace situated at the back of the building.
