ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - TRAMWAYS
Tramways is a large purpose built home for 14 people aged over 50. Tramways offers support to people with enduring mental health needs in a residential environment. Tramways is a large home with plenty of space, allowing residents to be in a social environment or to take the space they need away from others.
The home offers one-to-one support for each of the 14 people who live there. Each resident has their own person-centred care plan and one-to-one time is given to everyone to discuss needs and offer support. People are encouraged to maintain their skills and independence and are involved in decision making in the home as much as possible.
