ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - TOWN CLOSE
The registration of Town Close covers three distinct services provided by North Yorkshire County Council. Two are the personal care and support services provided within the extra care housing schemes at Town Close, Stokesley and The Orchards, Brompton. The other is the START (Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team) service, which provides focused, short term domiciliary support, to help people regain maximum independence after illness or hospital admission. All three services are carried on and managed from the registered location at Town Close, under the Regulated Activity 'personal care'.
