Thorncliffe Grange

"As a former night care assistant myself for 20 years (and also caring for my Mum for 12), when she became too poorly to stay at home I knew what I was looking for in a home. Fancy décor and modern settings were not a priority – the people that work there are what make it. I found this at Thorncliffe Grange, with friendly and professional staff that care about their patients. All the staff were attentive and knowledgeable of both the patients and their relatives. The support they provide is second to none, and with so many terrible reviews in the media I wanted to highlight a very positive experience. We count ourselves lucky to have experienced the last months of Mum’s life with such wonderful people who were like extended family, and thank them from the bottom of our hearts for the hard work and commitment they gave at all times."
