ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE WILLOWS NURSING HOME
The Willows is registered for 48 people who required nursing or personal care.
It is a purpose built two storey building, with the rooms that have ensuite facilities being tastefully decorated.
Some of the rooms have direct access to the enclosed court yard via french doors, there is also four rooms that are adjoining for couples, these can be also be used as single rooms.
There is an on site hairdresser, and a chiropodist that comes in regularly along with a monthly service held in the home. Regular entertainment is organised through out the year by our activities organiser. other services can be accessed as requested.
The Willows also has a green house that residents enjoy in the summer, tending to their plants and vegetables. Part of the residents activities have been planting up the hanging baskets for the home. and growing vegetables in the raised flower beds which allow easy access for most residents.
We have regular resident and relatives meetings to keep everyone upto date with any new developments and WIFI access for the residents and relatives to use.
