The Willows is a spacious modern residence standing in its own grounds at the heart of Madeley town centre. The home offers single en-suite accommodation for eight adults with Acquired Brain Injury. There is ground floor wheelchair access and a lift to the first floor.
The home is on a local bus route and is a short bus ride away from the historic town of Ironbridge and Telford Town Centre. The home has direct access to Madeley High Street with its shops and public facilities.
Clients benefit from the close working of informed, knowledgeable staff utilising a specific systematic approach to care and rehabilitation built on a model which directly addresses their individual cognitive and behavioural difficulties, and the input of specific health and social care specialists who provide them with a distinct, needs-led service.
Prokare Limited is registered to provide accommodation and personal care at The Willows in Madeley, Telford. The service supports a maximum of eight people.
