The Oast is a care home which provides accommodation and personal care for up to 28 older people. The home is located in a residential area of Maidstone, close to local shops and public transport and to Maidstone town centre which is approximately a mile away. Maidstone has mainline and local railway stations. The home is a detached property. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. There is a passenger lift between floors.
